The development plan includes a vast array of single-family home sites, residential and hotel condominiums, and canal home sites as well as a full-service marina, a bone fishing lodge, and boutique hotels and resort services. Under the direction of John Ronan Architect, the modern new structures will blend the best of forward-looking, contemporary-styled design with the natural attributes and cultural traditions of the island.
